1) The Contractor shall install new doors, doorknobs deadbolts, and storm doors, and new mini splits on Bathhouse #2 This is all the work that will be performed on this bathhouse. 2) The Contractor shall install sidewalks on Bathhouse #4. 3) The Contractor shall install new roof on Bathhouse #5. 4) The Contractor shall remove and replace windows on Bathhouses #3 and #4. HVAC Mini Split Units LG 21- seer minimum units that must be sized for the square footage that they are installed in. All four bathhouses shall have HVAC units.
