Specifications include, but are not limited to: Existing house is approximately 1,578 SF and consist of three small bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room and living room and small closets and is undersized for a family of six. Laundry Room does not have a mechanical system for heating and cooling, portable electric heaters are used in winter months. ; Project will construct an addition (approximately 500 SF) to the existing residence which will include one bedroom, bathroom, storage, and entry vestibule. Access to the addition will require removal of an existing window in the current living room. Renovation (approximately 250 SF) to two existing bathrooms and the kitchen are also included in project scope.; The work will consist of but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, demolition, casework, flooring (carpet polished concrete), and ceiling replacement. Mechanical upgrades will include system changes to accommodate return air as well as outside air.
