Specifications include, but are not limited to: Shelby County Government ("the County") along with the Memphis and Shelby County IndustrialDevelopment Board ("IDB") is seeking proposals from interested and qualified professionals tomonitor, consult and provide the necessary guidance for the outlined Industrial Development Boardprograms. This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is being released to invite interested and qualifiedConsultants to prepare and submit proposals in accordance with instructions provided where onesuccessful candidate will be selected and invited to enter into a contractual relationship with ShelbyCounty for the Services outlined in this RFP.
