The concession space is in the main pavilion area near Kid’s Castle Playground and across from the Adams Tennis Complex, which features newly renovated tennis and pickleball courts. The site also includes a new skatepark and pump track, and an adult softball field scheduled for renovation with synthetic turf and lights. The Concessionaire (“Vendor”) will be responsible for daily operation of the concession stand, including staffing, inventory management, sales, cleanliness, supplying the concessions, and providing the City with a portion of the profits. The concession facility includes a 448-square-foot space equipped with: • Amenities: Sink, 112 feet of counter space, storage shelves, countertop island for preparation, service window, janitorial closet, and office. • Staff Restroom Access: Available but requires coordination with Adams Tennis Complex due to stored tennis equipment. • Storage: Limited additional storage may be made available to the Vendor.
