And disturbed areas are to be returned to their original condition Brick Veneer – Alternate Pricing SCS requests pricing to install a brick veneer over an existing concrete block wall in front of the Home Side bleachers at Westmoreland High School – Football Stadium. SCS requests this pricing as an alternate and is under no obligation to award this project. A. Use appropriate anchoring methods, such as ties, to securely attach the brick veneer to the existing block wall. B. It is unknown if the existing block wall foundation is large enough to support the brick veneer. The contractor is required to inspect the existing foundation and determine if an extension to the foundation is necessary and include that cost in the bid. A soldier course is to be installed on the final course of brick. C. SCS to provide brick. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all other materials, equipment and labor to complete the project. D. Any disturbed areas are to returned to their original condition.
