The intent of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to obtain submittals from and the services of qualified consulting firms to conduct a thorough analysis of the Town’s in-depth analysis of the Town’s current demographic, economic, environmental, physical, and land use conditions and facilitate a robust public engagement process to develop a comprehensive plan. The resulting comprehensive plan shall provide guidance and standards for the Town’s sustainable growth, utility and transportation infrastructure needs, and strategies for the expansion of natural resources and recreational facilities. This plan will also be used to determine strategies for economic development resources and industries as deemed beneficial to the Town.
