At the initial meeting, Metro will provide written narrative and photos, share requirements, and givedirections regarding brochure layout. At the second meeting, the Contractor shall submit three (3) draft mock-up brochures for review bythe committee, after which the committee will select one mock-up and provide additional commentsand direction.c. At the third meeting, the Contractor shall submit a draft brochure and will then receive finalcomments and edits from the committee. The Contractor shall not proceed to finalize the design untilwritten approval is provided by Metro.3. No later than April 18, 2013, the Contractor shall provide to Metro a ready to print file/documentaccompanied by complete and exact printing specifications to include paper, color, ink type, etcetera
