1. Case management services must be provided in substantial compliance with correctional case management standards and guidelines for best practices established by organizations such as the American Correctional Association (ACA) and Transition from Jail to Community (TJC.) 2. The provider must recruit, interview, hire, train and supervise all case management staff and such case management staff must adequately meet all conditions and specifications as set forth in this RFP, the proposal selected, and the resulting contract. All case management staff providing services under this contract must hold designations and certifications, and/or licenses required to practice in the State of Tennessee. 3. To provide case management services, the provider shall have access to jail management systems (ie; iSoms and TBE, eTOMIS) and will review the Receiving Screening form that is completed by officers on all new commitments to Corrections within 30 days of arrival at the Receiving facility.
