* Preparation: * Conduct a site survey to assess the current setup and plan the installation process. * Removal of Existing Systems: * Safely remove existing camera systems from designated buses. * Recycle old equipment. * Installation of New Camera Systems: * Install five (5) interior cameras on each bus to cover all selected areas. * Install one (1) windshield camera for front view monitoring. * Install two (2) exterior cameras on each bus for side and rear-view coverage. * Ensure all cameras are securely mounted and positioned for optimal coverage. * Sensor Wiring and Programming: * Connect all cameras to the DVR system. * Install and configure sensor wiring to ensure seamless operation. * Program the camera systems for monitoring and recording (capability for real time monitoring in the future). * Panic Button Integration: * Install panic buttons in accessible locations within each bus. * Ensure panic buttons are connected to the central monitoring system for immediate alerts. * Wi-Fi/GPS Antenna Setup: * Install Wi-Fi and GPS antennas on each bus. MDVR can go up to 16 channels. * Configure antennas for reliable connectivity and location tracking. * Testing and Quality Assurance: * Conduct thorough testing of all installed systems to ensure functionality. * Perform quality checks to verify camera coverage, sensor operating, and connectivity. * Warranty: * Provide a five (5) year warranty for all installed camera systems and components. * Warranty coverage shall include repair or replacement of defective parts for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation. * Timeline: * To be completed as soon as possible once notified by MNPS Transportation.
