Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall communicate and educate plan members and eligible employees about all of the available health benefits plan options, specifically including the Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) / Health Savings Account (HSA) new benefits option, during three distinctive time periods: (1) the educational period from contract signing up to the 2016 Annual Enrollment Period; (2) the 2016 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP); and (3) the post-enrollment period following the 2016 AEP through the 2017 AEP (and any additional contract extensions as applicable). The Contractor shall employ the following tactics to educate members throughout the term of this contract: (1) The development, production and distribution (as defined by the State) of written materials to members and eligible members; (2) The operation of a Call Center to educate and handle inquiries from members and eligible employees; (3) The development, production and distribution (as defined by the State) of written training materials for the appropriate staff for all three public sector plans.
