Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Gallatin is requesting pricing to cater the City’s Annual Christmas Luncheon. The lunch will be held gymnasium of the Gallatin Civic Center on Friday, December 16th, 2022. A Certificate of Insurance will need to be provided listing the City as “additional insured” in the amount of $1,000,000 (one million dollars). The City is expecting approximately 475 guests for this luncheon. The City will have a more solid number after we have had employees RSVP. The meal MUST be ready to serve no later than 10:30 am on Friday, December 16th, 2022. There are a large number of employees who must be fed in a short time. City Department Heads will serve from food lines; but caterer is to have FULL staff to keep the food lines supplied with new trays as soon as one runs out…there is to be no waiting on food tray refills. Caterer will need to have drink tables set up with plenty of cups of ice, tea, water and coffee. Separate desert table will be required. Takeout boxes will need to be provided for employees who are working–the Mayor’s Office will notify caterer of the number needed in sufficient time. After everyone has finished eating, staff will need to clean up afterwards, including washing of dishes and disposing of any trash.
