The scope of work will include but will not be limited to construction engineering, inspection, surveying, and materials testing including: • CEI Preconstruction Services – limited to three personnel (including 1 Project Manager, 1 Cable Stayed Bridge Subject Matter Expert, and 1 individual as deemed appropriate by the proposer) to perform the following services: o Coordinate with the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC), Designer of Record (DOR), Quality Assurance Managers, and Program Management Consultant (PMC) representatives o Review Plan-in-Hand, Final and Released for Construction drawings for conformance with the applicable TDOT standards, guidelines and specifications o Provide input regarding specifications outlining project specific requirements associated with on-site facilities, document control, reporting requirements, scheduling activities, materials testing, and others as requested
