Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a system that will continually monitor the existing post-tensioned truss anchorage and roof framing systems for acoustic anomalies and/or unusual floor vibrations. The anomaly being monitored, whether acoustic, vibration or both, is left to the discretion of the awarded agency. The scope of service shall include the assembly, deployment, testing, maintenance, data collection, and reporting unusual events to the owner for further evaluation. The monitoring system shall be capable of detecting and pinpointing the source of the anomalous vibrations or acoustic anomalies within a 5 foot radius. The system will not be allowed on the owner’s network so the system should include a broadband device such as a cellular modem to relay information to the offsite storage area.
