The waste to be handled is kitchen grease waste and vehicle fleet service residue. Grease traps shall be inspected and emptied based on the amount in tanks, and the amounts shall not exceed 30% solids. All MTSU grease traps shall be monitored and serviced according to the agreed to service calendar. The service calendar shall be established within 10 business days from the execution of the contract for these services. The needs of MTSU shall be the driving factor for consideration in the establishment of the service calendar. The service calendar may be modified during the contract period by mutual agreement or if the needs of MTSU change. The service calendar shall be added to the purchase order for this contract. The contractor shall provide documentation to MTSU as required for disposal of waste. There is no guarantee of the number or size of service projects that may be required by MTSU. While this does not happen often, MTSU may add new grease traps or eliminate current ones. Added grease traps shall be serviced at the contract Unit Cost. Emergency pumping services Successful bidder shall provide MTSU with emergency service contact information for 24 hour per day/7 days per week response.
