Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Significant experience in offering comprehensive health and welfare administration outsourcing services. • Consistent accurate and timely plan administration. • Strong portal capabilities with built-in customizable options (with no additional cost) that: o Handles a variety of scenarios, such as ongoing new hires, qualifying events, legislative changes/special projects, COVID, FSA dependent care changes, etc. o Provides accessibility to employees to easily enroll and understand benefit options • Flexibility in plan design/administrative capabilities – during implementation and ongoing. • Leading-edge technology platform and outsourcing support with a track record of maximizing self-service and Web applications for benefits administration, transactions, employee communication, and decision support. • Strong knowledge base of working with clients using Harris ERP (GEMS) payroll. • Current experience providing health and welfare administration to similarly-situated clients. • Superior capabilities and experience with implementation, account management, and support personnel. • Extensive call center experience with proven superior service levels. • Ability to be fully ready for the County’s Open Enrollment for 2025 as of October 1, 2024. • Willingness to work with other County business partners, upon request, such as the County’s benefits consultant. • Existence of and effective performance standards and willingness to put fees at risk.
