Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Belle Meade, Tennessee solicits sealed bids for the removal of snow and ice and salting of all streets or specific areas within the City as instructed by the Director of Public Works. Contractor will provide street salting and snow and ice removal services to the City of Belle Meade as often as deemed necessary by the Director of Public Works. These services will be provided and billed according to the rate schedule proposed by the contractor and approved by the City Board of Commissioners. Any excessive, out of the ordinary, or unusual accumulation of snow and ice is covered by the price quoted in this agreement under the hourly rate. The City requires a two (2) hour maximum response time, unless otherwise directed.
