The Institution is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers for the procurement of banking and merchant services for the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) System Office and its Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology (TCAT). TBR is seeking one provider for banking and card processing services. The handling of TBR funds and accounts is governed by Tennessee Code Annotated Chapter 4 of Title 9 and by TBR Policy No. 4:01:01:10 (copy available online at www.tbr.edu). These documents are hereby incorporated as an integral part of this document by reference. The Contractor must provide collateral security as described in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 9-4-103, for deposits in all accounts, whether active (checking) or savings, and shall provide a description of the securities to be provided by the Bank as collateral securities. If participating in the collateral pool administered by the Department of Treasury, the Bank must abide by the provisions set forth in TCA Section 9-4-501 through Section 9-4-523. TBR shall enter into one contract for the following interest-bearing accounts: General Operating Accounts (24 Total) One (1) TBR System Office general operating account One (1) TBR Foundation general operating account Twenty-Two (22) TCAT general operating accounts Payroll Clearing Accounts (23 Total) One (1) TBR System Office payroll account Twenty-Two (22) TCAT payroll accounts
