The Tennessee Department of Correction is seeking a Contractor for the one-time purchase of a total of thirty-two (32) Copeland compressors including ZF, ZB, and ZP series units. The ZF and ZB series units are for the freezers and cooler rack systems, which have three (3) each containing six (6) different sized compressors. The remaining ZP series units are for the 104 RTUs, ERVs, and air handling units for Site 1 and the women's facilities. Every RTU and air handler has two (2) compressors, and they are responsible for the cooling and heating of the discharge air. Each ERV, serving the housing units, has four (4) compressors. The compressors on the women's and men's ERVs are responsible for the cooling and heating of the discharge air, but the men's units have supplemental natural gas burners to aid in heating when we are below 25 degrees. Respondent pricing shall be inclusive of all costs associated with the delivery of goods as part of the procurement.
