A. Project Description The Emergency Management Facility for Sevier County is a phased project with both renovation and new construction containing Community Operations, 911 Offices, Medical Examiner Offices, Fire and Rescue, Emergency Management, Operations, and public spaces. Landscaping and additional parking will be provided for the project. Sevier County PBA (County) is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing services for Audio Visual for the County’s Emergency Management Facility. This project is in Sevierville, Tennessee. BarberMcMurry is the Architect and D & S Builders LLC is the Construction Manager for the County’s Emergency Management Facility. B. Project Goals A successful AV solution for the Emergency Management Facility will include: ▪ Large-format video walls for viewing maps, surveillance feeds, and data dashboards ▪ Multi-zone audio systems for alert tones, intercom paging, and team collaboration. ▪ Integrated control platforms for managing inputs from multiple sources in real time. ▪ IP-based video conferencing for cross-agency coordination and remote briefings. ▪ Secure content sharing and data visualization tools for tracking incidents. ▪ Video displays should have camera capabilities to perform remote meetings.
