The purpose of this bid is to provide high quality products for our sports facility fields. We are seeking a qualified supplier that can supply orders within 5 days after an order is placed. Bidders shall base their bid on providing all materials and equipment to the City’s Parks and Recreation Department for the fiscal year of July 2025-June 2026. In order to successfully accomplish this project, bidders may elect to limit their proposals to a single product or service line within any category, or multiple products and services within any and all categories. This scope should be read as including all products, equipment, and services, any other capability that Bidders are able to offer which supports or complements the scope as defined above.
