Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintain grass and landscaped areas within the locations identified above and improve conditions over time with regular maintenance. Work to include: Litter/debris collection Mowing and at least once every two weeks during season with professional quality turf mower Removal of grass clippings from roadways/parking lots/ sidewalks Weeding of mulch beds Edging/weed eating Shrub and tree trimming Seasonal, or Irregular Services, to include, as applicable: Hardwood Mulch Pre-emergence, fertilization, overseeding, aeration Irrigation start up/shut down Winter clean up (clean debris off curbs and inspect grounds) Tree watering and gator bags Tree, shrub, or surface landscaping installation
