The project consists of site development as well as an addition and renovation design to the existing Murphy Center. This project will address a range of facility needs, including but not limited to athletic program improvements, event and performance space enhancements, updated classroom spaces, infrastructure upgrades, and modern code and accessibility compliance. Scope also includes the creation of a new primary building entry and expanded public lobby, an associated pedestrian plaza to enhance connectivity and safety, and the repaving and improvement of the Greenland Drive parking lot, which serves the Murphy Center and the broader campus. The University seeks a team with demonstrated experience in higher education, large assembly space renovations, and complex additions to existing active facilities.
