Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to apply and remove pavement markings to selected street segments in different materials for the City of Bristol, Tennessee. This work can be broken down into the following categories: 1. Application of new painted pavement markings to be installed on new pavement within 24 hours of paving, weather permitting. 2. Application of new hot-melt (not preformed) thermoplastic pavement markings to be installed on new pavement within 24 hours of paving, weather permitting. 3. Application of state approved black permanent pavement marking material to cover existing pavement markings. 4. Installation of new TDOT approved snowplowable pavement markers
