1. Consultant will work with the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department and key employees and representatives of the County during this process. 2. Consultant selected must have demonstrated prior experience in developing and implementing advertising plans for similar types of festivals and community events. 3. Consultant will be expected to offer effective advertising strategies and suggestions; key points of contact and communicate with multiple media outlets and types of advertising services; and plan and execute the agreed upon paid media plan. 4. The consultant will be required to provide cost estimates, quotes and analysis throughout the planning process for advertising expenses. 5. Submit a detailed advertising plan recommending proposed advertising options for a 6-8-week period prior to and during the run of the festival. Upon review and approval of the preliminary recommendations, the consultant shall prepare the final advertising plan incorporating all agreed upon components and execute arrangements with appropriate advertising/media outlets and organizations. 6. Consultant will serve as a liaison between the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department and advertising organizations and media outlets arranging advertising agreements and terms; providing information, specifications, and feedback on advertising assets; submitting advertising assets; and delivering invoices and billing to Williamson County Parks and Recreation for payment processing. 7. Consultant will be expected to be available and on-site at the festival for any relevant advertising/media needs related to elements from the advertising plan. 8. Consultant will provide a comprehensive summary one month following the conclusion of the event with performance metrics and demographic reports including tear sheets and other viable related information; and an analysis of the overall performance of the advertising plan.
