The Projects generally consist of the removal and replacement of existing roof systems at the schools noted below: Eagle Ridge Middle School = approximately 114,000 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. Meadowland Elementary School = approximately 77,000 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. Replacement of the existing metal roof assembly at any school’s Main Entrance may be included within the project scope for that school. The work also includes masonry repairs; mechanical, electrical & plumbing coordination associated with existing roof-top equipment; roof accessories and roof flashing repairs associated with the reroofing of existing elementary schools. Acceptable EPDM roofing manufacturers for the projects are as follows: Carlisle, Firestone and Johns Manville. Acceptable metal roofing manufacturers for the projects are as follows: Peterson Alum. Corp “Pac Clad”, AEP-Span, CENTRIA Arch Systems, Dimensional Metals, Inc., Englert, Inc., Fabral, IMETCO and MBCI (div. of NCI Building Systems).
