Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work to be performed shall consist of As-Needed Maintenance and Construction of Miscellaneous Street and Drainage Projects within the City of Forest Hills by furnishing all material, incidentals, equipment and performing all labor necessary to complete the various maintenance tasks as authorized by the City Manager. The included PROPOSAL BID TABULATION FORM contains quantities for bid comparison purposes only. The included quantities in no way reflect actual anticipated quantities. Quantities may be increased or decreased as needed by the City Manager. Miscellaneous Street Maintenance Projects may include but not be limited to: • Street patching, repair and rehabilitation • Shoulder stabilization • Street Sign installation removal and repair • Concrete or asphalt curb repair • Brush clearing, tree trimming • Clearing and grubbing as required for projects • Roadside trash pickup • Traffic control • Snow removal (emergency only) Miscellaneous Drainage Maintenance Projects may include but not be limited to: • Ditch construction • Ditch maintenance / cleaning • Catch basin cleaning • Pipe cleaning • Bridge opening cleaning • Headwall repair, including masonry • Headwall construction, including masonry • Catch basin repair / cleaning • Catch basin construction • Pipe removal and installation • Pipe rehabilitation • Erosion and Sedimentation control • Seeding and mulching
