Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Latest, current production model, full size, gasoline powered, regularcab, one ton, single rearwheel,four(4) wheel drive, stake bed dump truck; new and unused, with all standard equipment asoffered bythe manufacturer. 2.All parts, accessories, equipment, and safety featuresconsidered asstandardby the vehicle andequipment manufacturer; whether herein specified or not, shall be considered as required. 3.Thiscomplete unit(s) shall be built and delivered complete and ready foruse in full compliance withfederal, state, and local requirements and regulations. 4.Thisunit and all otherrelatedequipment incorporated into thisunit shall be designed, built,manufactured, and constructed in accordance with all applicable safety codes, design, andmanufacturingstandardsasoutlined by SAE, ANSI, AWSI, FMVSS and related organizationsorstandards’ agencies. 5.This unit(s) and attachments shall embody the highest quality materials and workmanship available.
