3958 - Water/Wastewater Installation and Maintenance Items, Control #3958

KUB will be hosting a bid for a five-year supply agreement for Water and Wastewater Installation and Maintenance Items, used by Knox and surrounding counties for our vast water and wastewater infrastructure. At least 90% of the items listed on the Attachment A must be provided to be considered a valid bid. KUB will review items provided that are outside of the requested manufacturer/part number and decide if these are up to its specifications at its sole discretion. This bid will be evaluated on price, lead time and references. Exceptions may be taken to KUB's supply agreement and terms and conditions. These will be reviewed individually and accepted or rejected at KUB's discretion. The Excel version of Attachment A is available upon request. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on October 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT. Call in number is available upon request.
