Meal Service: Non-alcoholic beverages (Pepsi Products, Gatorade, bottled water) on all flights to adequately accommodate all USD passengers. Accommodations: Carrier to provide a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) attendants in base proposal. Preference for same flight attendant’s to work all flights throughout the season. We are requesting to receive 1 proposal from each carrier for each flight as follows: Proposal: Minimum seating capacity of 30, with no first class or special amenities needed. RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY Equipment Describe aircraft type proposed (model, etc.) State passenger capacity and seating configuration (1st class/coach). State your ability to meet accommodations for loading and space requirements. USD does travel with all basketball equipment and passenger luggage on the aircraft. USD does not permit carryon luggage for the players other than backpacks or briefcases, non-player passengers may have limited carryon to one personal and one carryon luggage. All other luggage will be loaded directly on to the aircraft through ground handling group. FFA Certified
