1. Product Offering: • The College is seeking a diverse, high-quality cold beverage selection to serve a wide range of student and staff preferences. Vendors must submit a detailed product list, including brand, flavor, and packaging size options for the following categories: • Bottled Water – plain, flavored, sparkling • Soft Drinks – regular and diet • Juices and Flavored teas - including kombucha and similar alternatives • Dairy-Based and Protein Beverages • Energy Drinks • Fountain Beverages – please specify syrup flavors and customization options 2. Equipment and Placement A. Cold Beverage Vending Machines The College anticipates placing approximately 10 cold beverage vending machines across six campus buildings and student housing. A map of these locations is provided in Attachment 1. Machine Requirements: • Accept cash, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Transact-ID • Clearly display a working phone number or website for refund requests (must be issued within 24 hours) • Restocked at least weekly by vendor • Provide photo images of the proposed machines that will be supplied and maintained during the duration of this agreement. B. Fountain Beverage Equipment The College is interested in installing soda fountain machines in the Grille and Student Housing. Please include: • Equipment photos and model descriptions • Product options and flavors (particularly if machines are customizable) • Electrical, plumbing, and space requirements • Maintenance and cleaning protocol 3. Optional: Hot Beverage Services • As an optional component to this RFP, the College is interested in hot beverage options through both vending machines and self-service coffee stations at each of our six campus buildings and the student housing facility. i. Hot Beverage Vending Machines Please include: • Equipment photos and model descriptions, including capacities • Product options and flavors (particularly if machines are customizable) • Electrical, plumbing, and space requirements • Maintenance and cleaning protocol • Payment system compatibility ii. Self-Service Coffee Stations 1. Propose countertop or kiosk-style self-service coffee stations. Please include: a. Beverage type/flavor options (coffee, hot choc, tea) b. Equipment type and dimensions c. Maintenance requirements d. Payment system (if applicable) e. Branding opportunities or signage 4. Service and Maintenance Expectations • Vendor must provide at least three contact names and phone numbers in case of machine malfunctions, need for additional product, or other issues; • Vendor must respond to requests or messages with resolution within 24 hour period. 5. The College encourages vendors to include any value-added incentives or concessions, such as: • Annual or one-time sponsorships • Scholarship funding for students • Donations to campus programs or events • Equipment upgrades or branding customization • Marketing collaboration opportunities Please include a separate section detailing any proposed commitments, including financial value, scope, and frequency.
