Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Vendor shall provide only qualified personnel with the knowledge and skill to perform the work requested. Vendor must be IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and provide proof. 2. All personnel shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. By determination of SDSU, any person employed by the Vendor who fails to maintain acceptable performance standards shall be restricted from this contract. SDSU does not allow smoking in any buildings. No drugs or alcohol allowed. 3. Uniforms must be worn which fully identify the worker as a member of the Vendor’s work force that is easily identifiable from the front and back. 4. The Vendor shall provide an on-site supervisor to instruct workers, inspect their work, and communicate progress updates to the SDSU supervisor assigned to the project. 5. Once a job begins, the Vendor must work on the job continuously until the job is considered complete by SDSU unless another arrangement is made between the parties. 6. Building access shall be given by SDSU and Vendor shall adhere to the policies set forth regarding swipe cards/keys to rooms that are checked out to the Vendor. Vendor is responsible to lock up halls and turn off any lights or water used.
