The South Dakota Department of Education’s Division of Special Education and Early Learning Services (“State”) seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional services on behalf of the State of South Dakota (“Consultant”) to provide parents and school districts individual assistance to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and build partnerships that are related to Individual Education Plans (“IEPs”) before accessing dispute resolution methods as further specified in Section 2 below.
