This is a non-personal service for a Front Desk Clerk supporting the Military & Family Readiness Center (MFRC) on Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor employee will receive telephone calls, greet visitors, ascertain the nature of the call or visit, direct clients to the appropriate program manager in the MFRC, schedule clients for MFRC classes, and provide complete and clear information that addresses most routine or procedural issues. The contractor employee shall be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative duties, including entering all required information and data into the Ellsworth AFB Military & Family Readiness Center’s (MFRC) Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system and other web applications as specified by Air Force or other authorities. AMENDMENTS:
13 June 25 - CO amended Attachment 2 to incorporate FAR 52.219-3, additionally, the CO added Wage Determination Rev 28 and deleted Wage Determination Rev 27
24 June 25 - All Request for Information (RFIs) were due NLT 18 June 2025, the contracting officer added all appropriate answers to these RFIs to the solicitation posting in SAM.gov. Additionally, the offeror due date was extended from 24 June 2025, by 7 days to 1 July 2025 in order to give adequate time for quote submissions
Section 4.4 was added to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to include “All position vacancies during the performance of the contract must be filled with an equally qualified individual in no more than 14 days of vacancy, unless otherwise approved or directed by the Contracting Officer in advance.”
The hours listed in section 4.1 was amended from 1,952 by 24 hours to 1976 hours. This change was also reflected in Attachment 4 – Quote Sheet.
