Farmland: W1/2, Section 32, T111N, R77W – Farmland at the Pierre Regional Landfill 2 areas, approximately 84 total acres more or less 29.35 acres more or less, located in the NW corner of 32-111N-77W 54.7 acres more or less, located in the SW corner of 32-111N-77W. The bid will be awarded to the party that submits the maximum per acre bid. The term for each hay land lease will be for five (5) years ending December 31, 2030. Acreages available for agricultural production may vary from year to year, and adjustments to the rent of the farmland may be made at the discretion of the City of Pierre.
