Specifications include, but are not limited to: The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation (DLR) is seeking information to create a comprehensive list of community education courses available across the state to support families and identify gaps in such courses. This request for information (RFI) is intended to identify current instructor-led community courses available in South Dakota and identify opportunities to expand courses to meet gaps across the state. Such courses may be taught by faith-based organizations, state-funded programs, or other non-profit community providers. Course topics should provide attendees information and skills to assist in gaining meaningful and sustainable employment, retaining employment, and further developing a family, work, and life balance. This balance, along with additional skills and education, will lead to family and workplace success.
