Platte-Geddes School District 11-5, South Dakota is soliciting Request for Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMaR) from interested firms to assist with additions to the existing facilities located in Platte, SD. The District has contracted with CO-OP Architecture for Architecture and Engineering services in relation to this project and therefore, the selected firm would be assisting them throughout the design and specification development of this project and would also provide construction manager services throughout the construction. The District is required to competitively bid the project once plans and specifications are complete and the School Board is comfortable with the cost estimates and construction timelines. AIA Document A133 will be utilized for the agreement between the CMaR and District.
