Roof Replacement: Building 1 Roof Areas 1-5 and Building 2 Roof Areas 5 and 7 1. Remove existing roof systems (Adhered EPDM and Gravel BUR) down to structural concrete deck. See moisture survey information for core information. 2. Ensure concrete is dry prior to proceeding with installation of loose laid KEE membrane over concrete deck. Terminate membrane at flashings, and fully adhere KEE flashing system in solvent based bonding adhesive. 3. Install electronic leak detection system as specified and ensure membrane has been tested prior to proceeding with installation of overburden. 4. Install drainage board as specified. 5. Install drainage channeled EPS Insulation as specified. (Loose Laid) 6. Install filter fabric. 7. Install ballast per specifications. 8. 30 Year NDL Warranty with continued manufacturers inspections at years 2,5,10,15,20 and 25. Roof Restoration: Building 2 Roof Areas 1,2,3,4, and 6. 1. Complete remedial work of existing roof areas per specifications. Remove existing identified wet insulation in roof areas by moisture survey. Replace to match existing roof system. Care should be taken not to damage vapor barrier below wet insulation. 2. Clean roof areas per specifications and to manufacturers standard. 3. Install Aliphatic moisture triggered polyurethane base coat at 3 gallons per sq. and fully reinforce with polyester reinforcing fabric. 4. Install aliphatic moisture triggered top coat (Dark Gray) at 2 gallons per sq. 5. 25 Year NDL Warranty with continued manufacturers inspections at years 2,5,10,15 and 20.
