The City of Box Elder will be accepting sealed bids for the Prairie Road Reconstruction, Phase 1, Project No. 9006, until 2:00 PM local time, March 28, 2023, at the Box Elder City Hall, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719.

This project consists of two separate scopes of work. The first scope, Gumbo Drive between Box Elder Road and Meadow Road, entails the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt surfacing, drainage improvements and associated cleanup items. The second scope, Tanglewood Lane Panel Replacement, entails the removal and replacement of assorted concrete panels, subgrade repairs and associated cleanup.

Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the Box Elder Finance Office no later than 2:00 PM local time, March 28, 2023. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for Prairie Road Reconstruction, Phase 1, Project No. 9006.” Bid envelopes shall also bear the name and address of the bidder. If submitted by mail the bid proposal envelope shall be inside a separate mailing envelope addressed to the City of Box Elder, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719.
