Sealed Bids for the construction of the BOX ELDER SIDEWALK - PHASE 2 will be received, by the City of BOX ELDER, SD at the Box Elder City Hall, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, SD 57719 until 10:00 AM, Mountain Time on June 12th, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately a new pedestrian pathway including “Unclassified excavation 909 CY, Contractor Furnished Borrow 1,980 CY, various removals, reinforced concrete pipe, 4” concrete sidewalk 19,001 SF, 4” colored concrete sidewalk 1,488 SF, 6” Reinforced Concrete sidewalk 1,105 SF, Large Rock Boulder 25 EA and other various bid items”.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
Bidders must have access to a current set of City of Box Elder Standard Construction Specifications, which can be found on the City’s website at https://www.boxelder.us/city-departments/engineering/. All public improvements are required to conform to these specifications and bid prices must reflect these specifications.
