Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the Box Elder Finance Office no later than 2:00 p.m. MT, Tuesday, April 25th, 2023. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “2023 Street Chip Sealing, RDS-09-2023”. Bid envelopes shall also bear the name and address of the bidder. If submitted by mail the bid proposal envelope shall be inside a separate mailing envelope addressed to the City of Box Elder, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719. Bidders may also send bids to CityClerk@boxelder.us. Digitally transmitted bids must be password protected. The password is to be sent to the same email address at the time of the bidding. Any bids that do not provide a password at the time of bid opening or do not password protect their bids will be disqualified.
