The City of Box Elder will be requesting proposals for the 2023 Professional Pavement Condition Index Service, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 21st, 2023, at the Box Elder City Hall, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719.
The City of Box Elder Public Works Department is requesting proposals to provide professional data collection and data management services for the 2023 Pavement Condition Index.
The City will update the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) on an as needed timeline. Previously, the update was completed manually by Street Department Staff and the City is looking to utilize an automated method for data collection.
