This project shall consist of installing pavement markings on various roads throughout Box Elder and related appurtenances.

Bid Proposals shall be submitted to the Box Elder Finance Office no later than 2:00pm MT, Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for 2023 Pavement Marking, RDS-12-2023.” Bid envelopes shall also bear the name and address of the bidder. If submitted by mail the bid proposal envelope shall be inside a separate mailing envelope addressed to the City of Box Elder, 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719. Bidders may also send bids to cityclerk@boxelder.us. Digitally transmitted bids must be password protected. The password is to be sent to the same email address at the time of the bidding. Any bids that do not provide a password at the time of bid opening or do not password protect their bids will be disqualified.
