The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a Quote for Wipebook Flipchart for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. District staff will coordinate with awarded vendor after issuance of award. Minimum requirements: Flipcharts must be durable, functional, and provide long-term value. Flipcharts must be thick and substantial, designed to withstand daily use throughout the entire school year. Flipcharts MUST provide the ability to scan and digitally save student work, making them perfect for reflection, documentation, and ongoing progress monitoring. Flipcharts quality, reusability, and innovative features must provide the most practical and cost-effective solution for GCS classrooms. Purpose: To provide a durable, reusable surface for instructional purposes in classrooms, enhancing student engagement and reducing paper waste. Specifications: • Type: Reusable whiteboard flipchart pads • Pages: Minimum of 10 dry-erase pages per pad • Surface: Proprietary hypergloss dry-erase surface on each page • Reusability: Pages must be reusable for an entire academic year or longer with regular use • Compatibility: Works with dry-erase markers and correctable pens (e.g., Staedtler Lumocolor correctable) • Portability: Lightweight and easily portable between classrooms • Binding: Coil-bound or ring-top for easy flipping and use on easels • Scanning Feature: Must be compatible with mobile scanning for saving and sharing student work digitally • Environmentally Friendly: Reduces need for paper flipcharts or disposable alternatives • Durability: Able to withstand frequent daily classroom use without tearing, warping, or fading • Size: Standard flipchart pad size (approx. 25 in. x 30 in.) or similar Scope of Work: • Vendor must deliver specified flipcharts in NEW condition. • All items must be delivered to the designated school location by the agreed delivery date. • All flipcharts must meet or exceed the above-listed specifications. • No substitutions will be accepted unless approved in writing by the Procurement Department, and at the discretion of Greenville County Schools. • The vendor shall ensure packaging protects items from damage during transit. • Warranty or guarantee coverage for product defects should be included (if applicable). • No alternate terms, conditions, or bid pricing information should be included in this specification submission. NOTE: Taking exceptions to the solicitation or changing the terms and/or conditions of the solicitation may cause the proposal to be determined “non-responsive” and therefore, not eligible for an award.
