Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work is expected to include easement coordination and acquisition services; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; stormwater design and permitting; permitting through SCDOT; plan and permitting coordination with CWS and other utilities; preparation of construction plans and bid documents; and bid phase support. Survey data has been previously obtained by the City. This data will be available to the selected firm. The Consultant must be capable of providing turnkey project service including, but not limited to: Due-diligence (Preliminary permitting research, easement research, utility research, environmental, site conditions, field investigation, geotechnical investigation, groundwater impacts, land requirement, potential downstream impacts, evaluate feasible alternatives, etc.), Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling, Preliminary Design Report or Basis of Design Report, Assist with easement acquisition, as required Design and engineering drawings targeting the implementation of a closed conveyance system. Environmental Services Turn-key Permitting Services (SCDOT, OCRM, ACOE, County, City, etc.), Construction Bid Documents, Construction and Monitoring Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services, As-Built survey and drawings, SWPPP, and Public Outreach
