Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provide hosting services for the current website during the entire contract period. (Note: If hosting and maintenance services are moved to a new provider, the website shall remain in its current format.)
2.Provide SCDPPPS an allocation of 20 maintenance hours per year for general upkeep of the website. Any unused hours from the previous contract period may be carried forward to the next contract period at no additional cost to SCDPPPS. 3.Provide SCDPPPS a toll-free phone number and a point-of-contract to answer questions, request maintenance, and/or to report issues with the website. 4.Provide access to live support available via e-mail or phone twenty-four (24) hours seven (7) days a week.5.Support team must be fluent in the functionality and uses of both features and associated applications and modules.6.An online repository of training videos and certification tests for the purposes of fully training new staff members or retraining existing staff members for proven and documented certification of expertise within the site.
