Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facility must provide an area to accommodate (60) people comfortably in a “U” shaped setting.
Each Sunday date an additional vendor provided by SCDC will set up tables and drapery on racks which must remain in place during the conference.
Facility must provide a minimum of (75) chairs.
Facility must provide areas consisting of (15) separate sound proof private rooms for group and individual sessions that will ensure confidentiality that must not be compromised.
Facility must have (1) Office to keep conference material.
Facility must provide approximately (80) parking spaces for participants and staff.
