Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The Project consists of removing the existing 8’ x 80’ floating queuing dock and concrete base pad and installing a new 8’ x 120’ floating queuing dock with a new 11’ x 75’ concrete pad and new concrete abutment. Also includes cleaning up area around floating dock. • The proposed fishing pier will consist of a 6’ x 110’ fixed walkway leading to a 16’ x 20’ covered fixed pierhead with benches, both with handrails. • The project also includes making improvements to the parking lot area. o ADA parking spots will be included-Two car and one boat-trailer. o The fire hydrant is to be relocated. o Two-sided concrete parking stops for designated parking spaces. o Bollards added around circular paved turnaround, private driveway o All bollards including existing new ones to be painted black with a reflective stripe. o Removal and haul away old bollards. o Furnish and install two concrete picnic tables. o Landscape shrubs in specified areas and furnish and install new mailbox. o Furnish and install fencing to match the existing security fence to connect to pier. o Leveling parking lot area. o Pave circular turn-around area o Pervious concrete handicap parking and sidewalk o Repair and landscape any disturbed areas.
