Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.3.1. The officer on duty shall report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions as soon as possible to representatives designated by DHEC. 3.3.2. Incidents or conditions requiring reporting may include, but not be limited to, fire, criminal activity, chemical spills, telephone outages, power outages and equipment malfunction, etc. 3.3.3. Make regularly scheduled tours of the premises, checking all doors, windows and lights. 3.3.4. The officer on duty shall submit a written report covering all events, incidents, or hazardous conditions at the conclusion of each tour or by the end of their assigned shift and/or duly note that no incidents occurred and submit to the DHEC representatives, if requested.
