Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Contractor shall be responsible for providing and furnishing all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all transportation services required to perform and complete all work in accordance with this contract. b. Contractor shall be responsible for all clean-up work at the end of each day. c. Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and direction of the work performed by Contractor’s employees. d. The Contractor shall be responsible for instructing Contractor’s employees in all applicable safety measures and requirements. All equipment used by the contractor shall be in safe operating condition at all times, and shall be free from defects or wear which may in any way constitute a hazard to any person or person on State property. The contractor shall be responsible for instructing contractor’s employees to wear proper personal protective equipment while performing work under this contract. e. The Contractor must fully adhere to the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act. (OSHA).
