A. The Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. Buildings with Property boundary(ies) on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.

Offers may only be submitted electronically to GSA using the Requirement Specific Acquisition Platform (RSAP) located at https://leasing.gsa.gov. RSAP enables Offerors to electronically offer space for lease to the Federal Government. The offer submission process is web-enabled, allowing all registered participants to submit and update offers to lease space to the Government in response to a single RLP for a specific space requirement.
B. In order to be considered for award, offers conforming to the requirements of the RLP shall be submitted through LOP/RSAP no later than Friday, July 11, 2025, 4:00PM EST.
